Where a conflict exists between these terms and a separate customer agreement or third-party provider agreement, the customer agreement or provider terms govern for matters within their respective scope. Realtor Hive AI does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any integrated system.

Realtor Hive AI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness of any AI-Assisted Output. No output constitutes legal, financial, appraisal, brokerage, or mortgage advice. Users remain solely responsible for decisions made in reliance on any output.
